Using Seafood Supply Chain Data to Identify Human Rights Risks

April 20, 2021

2-3:30pm EDT

Join SALT for a conversation with Judy Gearhart and Rainer Braun about the key considerations when aiming to monitor human rights in seafood supply chains.

Several key data elements (KDEs) are collected within seafood supply chains. Much of this data is being used for ecological and economic objectives. But some of this data, when combined with additional information and shared with labor rights specialists, can be used to document worker welfare and may help identify the risk of human rights violations on boats and the need for further investigation.
Please register in advance for this meeting here.
Attendance is limited to the first 100 participants. Additional registrants will be emailed a recording of the presentation.
