Sacramento Natural Foods Co-oporiginated as a food buying club in 1972 and opened a storefront of primarily bulk foods in downtown Sacramento. Since then, the coop has grown dramatically and evolved into a full service store offering gourmet, specialty, and organic products. Partnered with FishWise since 2005, the co-op demonstrates its commitment to sustainability while being dedicated to the local community through shared ownership and the operation of its Community Learning Center.
