The Catfish Institute (partner since 2007) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish around the world. Founded in 1986, the institute works to raise awareness of the many healthy and culinary benefits of genuine U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish, a product which FishWise and the Monterey Bay Aquarium consider to be a “Best Choice.”
