Traci Linder, M.S.
As Senior Project Manager, Traci works within the Seafood Alliance for Legality and Traceability (SALT), a global alliance for knowledge exchange and action to promote legal and sustainable fisheries through improved transparency in seafood supply chains. Her work within this alliance includes leading Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) for the project; developing resources for a diverse range of stakeholders; and representing SALT through speaking engagements at related international events. Traci holds a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of California San Diego, and a Master of Science in biology from the University of California San Diego / Scripps Institution of Oceanography. With over 10 years of experience, Traci has worked on projects spanning from mariculture studies in Costa Rica to working on large-scale fisheries conservation projects in the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta. When not in the field, Traci has developed expertise in communications, business leadership, and collaboration, and brings these skills into her mission of ocean conservation.
