This report tells the story of the development and operations of two regional task forces, FISH-i Africa and West Africa Task Force, and how they made a difference in stopping illegal fishing. The report details the why, where, who, how, and what in respect to the task forces, it considers what they achieved and what the future holds for these unique examples of regional cooperation.
