Toward transparent governance of transboundary fisheries: The case of Pacific tuna transshipment

This study evaluated the degree to which the public has sufficient information to assess whether regulated at-sea transshipment is traceable, verifiable, and legal, and identified three primary areas for improving traceability and transparency of transshipment at sea in the WCPO.
