WWF Peru has developed a traceability system for artisanal fisheries that allows monitoring of the fishing activity throughout the entire supply chain (Extraction, commercialization, processing, markets), which generates information for stakeholders in the fishery sector. This is useful for management and decision making, and also allows to combat IUU fishing and ensure exports to international markets.
